Orders are roasted and dispatched within 48 hours. Standard delivery arrives in 3–5 business days; express in 1–2.

Because coffee is a perishable food product we cannot accept returns of opened bags, but if anything arrives damaged or you are unhappy with your order, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
